A dated record of completed project updates and published catalog corrections, with evidence and clear limits. This log begins September 20, 2026; it is not a complete history of the project.
How we measure success.
The goal is a usable next step. One public scorecard records our questions, evidence and next decisions. The glossary below explains what each kind of evidence can establish.
A consented person attempts a defined task; the record states what happened and what help was needed. No consented task session is on file in the published evidence. Preparation, AI walkthroughs and provider-source checks are different evidence.
A person’s dated comment can identify a problem or suggest a change. It is not an observed task completion or a confirmed service outcome. Anonymous helpfulness clicks are separate telemetry.
Source evidence and corrections
The September 21 catalog census recorded 88 programs. This log now retains 15 published correction entries with sources and scoped release checks. These counts do not establish current beds, funding, eligibility or admission.
Recorded visits, link opens and feedback clicks show browser activity under the published counting rules. They do not count unique people helped, completed referrals or service access.
Build and scenario checks
Automated checks establish behavior only for their named revision and test scope. The retained September 19 safety pack has evidence for 2 of 4 scenarios; later build checks do not fill its missing scenarios or establish human usefulness.
We keep cost estimates separate from recorded charges. Computing capacity shows how much is left to use; it is not a measure of results. Check each reading’s date, assumptions and exclusions.
Briefs now ask which utility and whether there is a shutoff notice, separate bill assistance from payment arrangements, and keep additional needs in the same journey. Search appears before decoration on the phone homepage. Returning from a program keeps your directory filters and place in the current tab.
An optional device copy keeps selected programs and a limited structured draft for up to 24 hours. Private demographic answers and old result snapshots are not saved. Restored plans ask for a fresh review. Use without saving and Clear my plan remain visible; no account or cloud sync is added.
Source-check dates now lead the evidence display instead of a perfect-looking 4/4 badge. Official-source records for Southwest Gas assistance and Glendale CAP bring the current directory to 90 records. The September 21 census and completeness snapshot remain 88; those historical checks do not cover the additions. Glendale’s announced intake window is dated, not a claim that it is open now.
Acceptance follow-up: already-disconnected cases ask about restoring service, not preventing a future shutoff. MesaCAN’s rental contact is retained when a result becomes a plan step. These refinements keep the same context across pages; neither confirms eligibility or reconnection.
Published September 24 at 12:28 AM Arizona, revision 0ece859. Production build and 393 automated checks passed, including two isolated browser flows. English and Spanish live pages and a phone-sized fictional scenario were checked. These checks do not establish provider availability, practitioner usefulness or people helped.
· Shelter pathways
See the route before making a referral.
Three simple diagrams explain the regional family route, adult access and city/provider-specific bridge shelter. Each includes source links and separates assessment, referral and confirmed placement. The diagrams are available in English and Spanish, with a county overview and links to specialist routes.
Primary sources read September 23. These diagrams summarize published processes and case-manager confirmation steps; they do not verify current openings or completed placements. Bridge access varies by program.
· Website refinement
More than one need. A clearer next step.
The guided brief now accepts several needs and keeps their referral paths separate while building one plan. Recorded-field counts and their limits are visible beside more results. The shelter guide includes an optional map of four public starting locations and works as a list without loading Google Maps.
Three new Pulse briefings explain family heat referrals, additional cooling options and food routes from official sources read September 23. The interactive transparency essay connects the public story to the company record. These improvements do not establish completed referrals or people helped.
Checked locally: separate food and family-shelter routes, saved-plan preservation across English and Spanish, opt-in map loading, narrow-screen layout, source references and expiry. Provider calls and current capacity were not checked.

Athena starters use only the circumstances you choose.
Removed unselected city, household and lost-ID assumptions from the English and Spanish starter drafts. Starters remain editable and do not send a message automatically. Guided-help answers are not transferred to chat.
Release reference: c1bb1cb · Starter drafts checked in both languages. Technical checks do not establish model interpretation, provider availability or human validation.

A working inbox for PHX Good.
Our company email is connected for day-to-day correspondence, and incoming messages and outgoing replies have been tested. For project questions, you can reach us at hello@phxgood.org.
How we checked: Test messages were delivered in both directions on September 21. Copies reached the company inbox, and outgoing messages passed email authentication checks.
Program-change reports still go to the protected review queue. This update does not add automatic website emails or a promised response time.
A correction is not a confirmation of availability.
Official sources reviewed; English and Spanish pages checked after release by the AI-assisted PHX Good workflow. Dates apply only to changed facts—not provider calls, current availability or human validation.
We record completed, checked releases here. A day without an entry is not a claim of zero work or an automatic daily check.
Separated the rental appointment phone and published first-Thursday window from the utility assistance phone and orientation process. Rent-only briefs now use the rental contact rather than the utility number.
Why / what remains unknown: These are different intake routes. Existing hours and eligibility evidence were not silently re-dated. No provider call, appointment, funding or completed application was confirmed.
Disclosed conflicting intake instructions between the webpage and linked 2026 fact sheet; labeled the general DV hotline separately.
Why / what remains unknown: Which source supersedes the other is unknown. General hotline support is not verified Autumn House intake; placement and availability remain unconfirmed.
Added published school-year and designated break/summer schedules, with Chandler and Mesa site context.
Why / what remains unknown: These are program schedules, not enrollment hours or a promise of space. Site calendars and registration forms were not validated.
Clarified conditional same-day service, the usual processing interval for complete mailed applications, and separate-company online ordering fees.
Why / what remains unknown: Processing expectations are not delivery promises. Eligibility, complete documents, fees and additional processing still matter.
Corrected broad Phoenix coverage to Ahwatukee; separated Friday ticket time from food distribution and retained first-visit help outside the usual area.
Why / what remains unknown: Reduces wrong-area and wrong-time trips. Closing time and supply remain unconfirmed.
For project questions. Do not email client names, case records or confidential details. This is not an emergency or referral-intake service; no response time is promised.
The correction form goes to a private review queue, not automatically to this mailbox. Reports do not automatically change the catalog.
